Work Experience

	July 2001 - Present	IBM UK Laboratories While working at IBM I have worked on the design and development of WebSphere Application Server from version 5 to 6.1. In that time I have been involved in many areas of the product, although my primary focus has been working on the JMS integration, first integrating WebSphere MQ and then on the development of the service integration bus. I originally was involved in the design and development of the message mediation capabilities of the bus, and more recently with the architecture and design of the security of the bus.
